Community Properties of Marion County was created in June of 2013. It started as a small
leasing company with only 9 rental properties and one staff. Since then, it has grown to over
90 rental properties and continuing to grow.
We have also grown our staff to 4 full time employees to help keep up with the day to day
maintenance of our company. We at Community Properties are trying to create an
environment that is safe, comfortable and affordable to the residence of Marion County.
We are always looking for ways to improve our properties and how we interact with our
